BBC Question Time panel in Nottingham to include former Top Gear presenter

Former Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness will take part in popular BBC One debate show Question Time when it airs from Nottingham tonight (Thursday, February 8).
The show, hosted by Fiona Bruce, will be broadcast from the University of Nottingham’s King’s Meadow Campus this evening.

Hide AdThe weekly debate show involves high-profile public figures, including politicians, being grilled by a live audience.

Conservative MP James Daly, Liberal Democrat MP Daisy Cooper and Labour MP Wes Streeting are among the five guests taking part in tonight’s show.
Phoenix Nights star McGuinness and broadcaster Inaya Folarin Iman will join them.
Question Time first aired in 1979, when it was hosted by Sir Robin Day.

Hide AdIconic BBC presenter David Dimbleby hosted the public affairs show between 1994 and 2018, before Bruce took over the following year.
Earlier this week the BBC asked locals to submit photos of Nottingham which could feature in the show.
