Unfortunately, Jellycat hasn't yet released a pair of ice skates to represent our skating stars Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean. But we think these super cute Amusable locks represent their longstanding frienship on and off the ice pretty well. If Nottingham's most famous celebrities were Jellycat cuddly toys this is what they'd be

You can't tell me Robert Lindsay is not a snuggly piece of toast

The other day, I was mindlessly scrolling through TikTok when I came across a video entitled 'What University degree I think these Jellycats do'.

And I loved it. I laughed out loud as a creator said with such passion that a ladybird toy looked as though it studied travel and tourism. Best of all? I agreed with every single one.

And so I thought to myself, what if Nottingham celebrities were Jellycats?

For those of you not in the know (Gen Z, you can scroll ahead), Jellycats are super soft, super cute, cuddly toys with lots of personality.

Pretty much anything is available in Jellycat form, mushroom (check), engagement ring (check), dragon (check).

They are a bit like new-age Beanie Babies for the TikTok generation.

So anyway, inspired by my weekend viewing, I have decided to put together a silly little photo gallery comparing our local celebs to cuddly toys.

And before you ask if I've lost the plot, I think it's safe to assume the answer is most definitely yes...

If this article has inspired you to purchase a Jellycat for yourself, you can do so online here.
